Compensation
• $1.10 per loaded mile - for all dispatched miles.
• $.85 per empty mile - for all dispatched miles.
• Weekly settlements with Direct Deposit available.

at Wooster Terminal.
• Labor rate discount for maintenance.
• Paid safety meetings and for required training.
• Paid orientations.
• Approved tolls paid.
• Paid pickup, delivery, and stop-offs.

• Hazardous Materials endorsement.
Operations
• Regional (500-mile radius of Wooster, OH) Central dispatch from Wooster, OH.
• Outstanding Home Time (Also maybe 1 or 2 weeknights home).
• Monthly DOT inspections at no cost.
Equipment Requirements
• Tractor preferred no older than 10 years.
• Must pass DOT and WMW inspection.
• Wheel base, 260 inches or less (Measured from center of front axel to center of tandem group).
• Fifth-Wheel Height at 48" or less.
• No intimidating markings or murals.
Additional Requirements
• Workers Comp or OCC/ACC insurance.
• Title of Tractor.
• Bobtail / Certificate of Insurance.
• IFTA Permit.
• Copy of IRP Registration (certain states).
• Signed Service Agreement Contract & Addendum.
